high school design challengeIn 2015, we ran a T-Shirt Design Challenge, which was won by Lexie Lerman from Unionville High School. Since the experience was very positive, we are sponsoring this High School Logo Design Challenge to help us through our creative roadblock.
To get a feel for the products that the icon will go on, we suggest students visit our crowdfunding page to see how our marketing agency is presenting the Firefly. This innovative product (which also glows in the dark) is marketed as Firefly but will be branded as Twylight since Firefly cannot be trademarked. In addition, please keep in mind that Twylight is not a protective case brand. It should instead represent a mobile lifestyle (i.e. #mobo). The contest goal, specifically, is to design a monochromatic icon that complements our existing Twylight logotype (as pictured above). Case study examples include Nike's swoosh icon, Apple's bitten apple icon and Starbuck's mermaid icon, to name a few. The best icons though are not defined by color with the swoosh being the prime example. Only one submission per student will be accepted. Multiple submissions from the same student will be deleted without a response. |
